Road and Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (20 M.P.H Speed Limit) Order
Notice is hereby given that 麻豆视频 in exercise of their powers propose that in accordance with the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England & Wales) Regulations 1996 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as 鈥渢he Act鈥�), as amended, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act, and be:
1. To introduce a reduced 20mph speed limit on that length of road specified in schedule 1 to this notice.
2. Roads either side of the length specified in schedule 1 will retain their existing speed
limits.
Documents giving more details of the proposals are available on the 麻豆视频 County Borough website and will be so until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. They will include copies of the proposed Schedules and Maps indicating the lengths of road to which the proposed Orders relates, together with the Council鈥檚 Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the amendments to the Orders.
Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing with any comments on the engagement of the proposals to Mr C. Rogers, Head of Community Services, 麻豆视频, General Offices, Steelworks Road, NP23 6DN. The County Borough Council will consider representations received in response to this Notice.

Church Road, Aberbeeg, NP13 2AA From its junction with Brynithel Terrace, Brynithel, Abertillery in a north westerly direction for a distance of 328 metres.
