Adhesive Backed Materials (ABM), a Tredegar鈥慴ased manufacturer specialising in die鈥慶utting, adhesive coating, and profile cutting of various materials, has taken significant steps forward in efficiency and digital transformation following support from the 麻豆视频 Business Development Grant. ABM produces a wide range of end products including gaskets, seals, foam tapes and pads, and conductive gaskets, supplying customers across sectors ranging from Packaging to Aerospace.

With grant funding, ABM has successfully installed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, a major upgrade that will streamline operations, reduce duplication, and improve workflow across the business. The new system will also allow customer orders placed via the company鈥檚 website to be transferred directly into production, increasing speed and accuracy. The company has also invested in a new variable鈥憇peed air compressor, which is expected to reduce electricity consumption by around 10%, supporting both cost savings and environmental responsibility.
